Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

All orders are dispatched from Australia and shipped via courier or postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer:

  • Flat rate shipping

  • Calculated courier rates for larger or bulky items

Any promotional shipping offers apply only within Australia unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–14 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested, parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please contact us prior to dispatch so we can arrange a signature on delivery (additional fees may apply).

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping charges required to resend returned parcels

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

PO Boxes

Due to the Posty Pal Taps being larger or bulky items we require a physical address and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy for Damaged or Faulty Goods

At Posty Pal Taps, we take great care to ensure that all products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility

  • This policy applies only to items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Approval and Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • If approved, we will:

    • Replace the item at no cost, or

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after processing.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.

  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
